I advised the family owning PARTEC, a leading flow cytometry specialist, in the search process for a strategic partner. The family decided to sell their company to Sysmex Corporation, Japan – a world leader in clinical hematology. Together with BGM Associates I facilitated all steps of this process, including the transaction phase.
